All sandals are warrantied for damage due to manufacturing defects for 1 year from date of purchase. Any sandal with a manufacturing defect can be returned to Southern Polished for repair, at no cost to the owner. If sandal cannot be repaired; a new pair, of the same type, will be returned to you.
Our warranty covers:
- Straps that have pulled out cleanly with no tears.
- Delaminating of layers.
- Stitching
Any damage to the sandal other than manufacturing defects will not be warrantied. Examples are, but not limited to the following:
TORN STRAPS (TOE OR SIDE), ANIMAL BITES, ROUGH PLAY, LIQUIDS OR CREAMS USED ON SANDALS, HEAT DAMAGE, WEATHER DAMAGE (FADING, CRACKING, WARPING).
